I think you're the only creator other than the people who make and advertise these Beeswax wraps that actually understands the ASMR aspect of these wraps. Literally every ASMRtist that I find doing beeswax wraps videos just taps on it. The sticky crinkly sounds are the best part of the videos, pressing it onto a soft piece of bread etc. So you are doing a perfect job with these This video really goes into what makes beeswax wraps videos so tingly. If I wanted to listen to plastic tapping, I would just look that up instead, but these are a perfect use of the beeswax wraps.

There is another asmr video where she sits there and makes sticky noises like that but for some reason her video is so hard to find, but I can link it to you if you want, I know what you mean by good sticky crinkly sounds from beeswax

@@MarkHobbesin replace of saran/plastic/cling wrap. It's washable and reusable. It doesn't really stick to skin (from what I've seen. I have not used bees wax wraps yet). I watched Little Distractions video and info about this.

You gave me an idea when you were unwrapping the small items. Get a bag of candy that is wrapped (Tootsie rolls, gum, etc), wrap them individually, put them in a box, and wrap the box.

I got an ad in the middle of another ASMRSurge video while trying to sleep the other day and it frightened me badly. I understand having ads because KZbinrs need to make money, but I think they can choose where ads play. Maybe he doesn’t know that he has mid-roll ads on. Would be better if they only play at the start of a video so no one gets jump-scared in the middle/at the end while trying to relax or sleep.

@@TBSxDRUMSKZbin has changed their ways I think, or at the very least as screwed up something because I know of many creators that have the issue with mid roll ads, but KZbin is the one automatically adding them and then the creator can’t remove them. This is a more recent issue

Maybe you've already searched about it but in case you haven't: it is used as an eco-friendly alternative to plastic clingwraps. It's a piece of cloth smothered with beeswax so it will stick to itself and seal whatever food you want to seal. After using it, you can rinse it and hang it dry for future use.
