I have eczema around my nose that flares up in the winter; use primer or a moisturizer right around the sensitive area before you apply your makeup ❤️ hope that helps

No do not use the morphe palette. There is too much of a risk of those shadows developing mold, which shadows can do naturally over time, depending on there ingredient deck. You do not want to apply mold close to your sterile eye. Luckily, morphe is very affordable!

It's just too much, I have only just come out of hospital and now this, he doesn't know I know yet, I can't speak to him I'm in too much of a mess, it feels like my heart is going to explode in pain and I don't know how my body and mind is handling the anxiety, but I can't confront and end things when I'm like this, he will not see me crushed, I just came to the first place I knew was safe which is here, where I'm with kind people but I'm not physically surrounded as I feel violated, exposed like my soul and feelings can be seen. I'm sorry I am writing so much it's just I haven't told anyone, my family isn't the kind that would want to know so they can be there for you, they would just want to know for knowings sake, and then talk behind my back and to my face tell me it is my fault because its hard being with me because of my mental health, I will stop writing now, I doubt this will be read or anything and that's ok, we all have our problems and so many much worse than me, but thank you for creating this safe place so I had somewhere to come, be kind to each other and thank you for everything xxx

Thank you for your beautiful and kind words, I know the pain is a lesson and it will give me the strength I need to respect myself and be something better on the other side. I can't control his actions only my reaction, and I know his behavior is not a consequence of who I am but I reflection of who he is, i just have to accept the pain and let it do it's job of cleansing me to reveal my new shining self. Saying all that though it still fucking sucks hard 😢 and it will get worse before it gets better, but it will get better. Well the first on Monday was a hurricane which battered Ireland more than UK. It hit some parts of the UK. I’m Irish and had t experience the hurricane for myself. It was scary to be honest. The next storm coming is storm Brian which is hitting Ireland and the UK, it is not a hurricane so there’s not much need to worry.

it basically means the sound sounds like its coming from left/right or from above your head. some binaural mics make it sound like the sounds coming from behind you. it makes for better asmr
