I like both tapping and scratching, but people definitely tap too much or maybe scratch not enough 😂 it’s never 50/50, but more like 95% of tapping and 5% of scratching.

I absolutely hate tapping. I have misophonia and tapping is a noise that grates on me and causes anxiety, so do annoying mouth sounds. I was so glad to see this had no tapping so had to subscribe ❤
