~❤~Nightly reminders~❤~ ~Turn off autoplay ~Drink some water/eat (keep in mind that food does not digest as well at night) ~Brush your teeth! ~Take any needed meds :) ~Take our your contacts if you wear them ~Take off makeup if you’re wearing any ~Use your skincare products ~Maybe clean your earrings/piercings ~Put in a retainer if you use one ~Close your curtains or blinds ~Set any alarms for tomorrow ~Close the closet door ~Make sure you’ve done all your homework ~Feed any hangry pets ~If you shower in the evening, take a shower ~Maybe if you don’t usually, say goodnight to someone! ~Make sure you’re cozy ~Are your front, back and garage doors closed and/or locked? ~Give your thirsty plants some water! ~Pray if you do at night ~Use a blue light filter on your phone to help your eyes ~Take off your binder if you use one ~🧡~A couple things to make you more relaxed~🧡~ ~Drink some warm tea (watch out for caffeine) ~Make sure the temperature is just right. It makes it sooo much easier to sleep when it’s not too hot or too cold ~Write in a journal about your day ~Write down anything that you need to know for tomorrow ~Light a nice candle (remember to blow it out) ~💛~Things to help you sleep~💛~ ~Unclench your jaw, relax your hands and face, and release your shoulders. Everything is going to be ok. ~Write in a gratitude journal. This can help you clear your mind about anything and bring out the more positive things before bed. ~Meditate. Meditating can also clear your mind so it is easier to relax. ~Decide that the day is over. Doing this gets your mind and body ready for tomorrow. ~And please stop scrolling through the comments, it’s only going to distract you and make it harder to get to sleep. ~💚~If you needed to know~💚~ ~ I understand that I have no idea what is going on in your life, but whatever you are going through, know that it is going to get better. Think about some of your worst days. You have made it through every single one of them so far and there is absolutely no point in ending your beautiful existence now. You are an absolute warrior for getting this far because life is harsh and it can suck for a while but it will get better. Trust me :) I just wanted to say I love you and you are a valid being, whether you are a human, an entity, or a lil duck. Either way, you deserve all the love in the world. And I wish I could give that to you so much. 🦆 ~Also, a great quote by Griffin McElroy: “When someone leaves your life, those exits are not made equal. Some are beautiful and poetic and satisfying. Others are abrupt and unfair. But most are just unremarkable, unintentional, clumsy.” Let me know if you know where it’s from :D ~💙~Fun facts with Beep Boop!~💙~ ~Did you know that giraffes, horses, elephants, and a few other animals barely need sleep to function? (that doesn’t mean you don’t) ~Otters hold hands when they sleep to keep from drifting apart. They also choose a special rock at birth that they keep in their pouch. ~Did you know bees sometimes like to fall asleep in flowers, preferably with a friend? ~Did you know that a North American Opossum sleeps for about 18 hours per day? ~Another fun fact: you are ☺✨🌷GORGEOUS! ❤🥰🌈 ~If you don’t see something on the list, feel free to suggest it so that I can add it! ✊🏻✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿 🏳‍🌈 💜~Goodnight lil duck~💜

I love this new style, it was very beneficial for me. I didn’t notice that this was for sleep when I started it to listen to while doing my homework, but I think it’d definitely be good for that too. Cortisol is a byproduct of the medication I’m on, generating amplified levels of stress. Which creates some rather annoying ticks (e.g. tongue grinding) that are often even more extreme while I’m focusing on something, not to mention just being emotionally unpalatable after a while. ASMR, Ambiance, or LoFi often helps a bit by shifting my mood without being very distracting, but rarely has a significant impact on the ticks. Very quickly after starting this I noticed an extreme mood shift, and feeling significantly more relaxed. Which resulted in the ticks stopping entirely after a couple minutes, with only a couple instances where they started to creep back, but not lasting longer than a couple seconds. Now that it’s ended I also notice the effect lasts too. I considered sleep music in the past to help like this, but if they work at all they usually result in a sleepy mood, decreased focus, and the work taking twice as long. While still not helping significantly with the ticks. Not only did this playlist help with the ticks and gave me a calm thoughtful mood, it didn’t hinder my focus at all. If anything I was more/hyper focused because there weren’t the ticks serving as a distraction. Completion time seems to be about the same as it was before I started playing this, but it was definitely a more pleasant experience. Although it did feel like I was taking longer, I actually completed slightly more than the work I had before in slightly more time. Likely the annoyances I normally experience simply create a pause for the information I’ve read to absorb a bit more, where as without the ticks I instead notice when something hasn’t instantly sunk in and ruminate on it as long as the tick would distract. Leading to my feeling as though the work is taking me longer to process.

I could listen to the water bottle and bamboo mat scratching with all their echoey goodness for hours! The whole video was good but those two specifically were *chefs kiss* amazing! SO relaxing!!! I’m definitely going to watch the bamboo mat part on loop when I sleep tonight! 😌💤 Side note: HELP!! Does anyone know if there’s a video with a longer ‘echoing bamboo mat scratching’ part? I suffer from several neurological disorders that are painful and make me really sensitive to noise. To the point that noise is actually painful but that part really relaxed me and wasn’t harsh on my eardrums at all. Just want to hopefully find someone that can help me find similar videos that they may know of. Tapping tends to be too harsh for me a lot of the time but the scratching isn’t depending on the material. I can’t listen to fast, loud or harsh tapping at all.

Could you try and screen record it twice and edit them together to make it twice as long?

I think this is the first video to beat all of my fave 3dio videos across various creators, especially out of my 400+ video fave ASMR playlist. The wooden board, the silicone coasters, and that hot water bottle were to die for. Amazing content as always 🥰💕😴
