Thank you so much for the love! There's a bit of a long story about breathwork, but the Tl;Dr version is, I was VERY anxiety ridden, and had major trouble sleeping , I was also doing a lot of yoga, and my instructor kept saying: "The breath comes first!" So I decided to dive a little deeper and try out Wim Hof breathing. I was instantly hooked. I didn't know why, but I knew there was something about breathing that I needed to figure out and explore. But yeah, theres a way longer version of that story, but I think that gives you a little bit of insight! 😁❤️🙏

I got anxious about this kind of breath work, because I did it for a while during a Wim Hof course and the sensations were pretty intense. I even fainted one time doing the excercise 😅 As you said, this was pretty beginner friendly though and it actually felt pretty good.
