I love the fact that Luna take care of us because i personally have 0 attention span and i didn’t found a ASMR video that suit me and make me sleep and then Luna’s video came out and i was finally able to sleep without being annoyed by the content so a big thank you to Luna for her incredible work !

Luna just spent half this video saying something my mom likes to say whenever I tell her I can't sleep (which is less and less often): "if you can't go to sleep, just lay there and rest." Now I will keep that in mind even more, thanks to Luna's soooooooooooft whispers. If I had a Mount Rushmore of ASMRtists, it would be her, Gibi, Fleur, and someone I haven't decided on yet.

Oh my gosh thank you 😭 I rinse with cold water and moisturize every day before putting make up on. I use retinol 3 times a week before bed (you don’t wanna do it tooooo often bc it can make your skin dry/flakey) aaaaand I try to make sure I use sunscreen every day, especially if I’m going outside even if it’s overcast
