My brother got her a pair of wireless headphones, and one day she came to me before church ans asked me to connect one of your videos. She was listening to it DURING the service (my mom was so mad 😂). Anyway, Gramma Verity says hi, Patrick!

I feel that this trigger is so effective especially "in this day in age" because its just simple, low stimulation. Just look at what you're supposed to and boom: good work, let's love on this visual field for a moment. It just takes me out of the overwhelming world and into a peaceful bedroom of a stranger that has my wellness in their mind, appreciating the tiny visuals that make up our big portrait of life.

Yeah, it’s hard to hear when it’s your first bad break up, and it’s harder to believe, but time really will heal you eventually. Just wait for time to do it’s thing, as a good friend of mine says.
@newsflashbuddy Жыл бұрын
Took me 8 months straight after my first breakup. I never thought life would move on. It’s hard. Some say you just learn to live with the pain, but really, you start to realize life is beautiful and you just don’t think about the sad things as often. It will pass, but golly gee whillickers does it linger for a while. Listen to sad songs, talk to all your friends about what you feel. Go get food somewhere where only you two went, and then cry about it in your car when you come back. Pretend she’s still with you, pretend she can hear you. And then when it’s time, you’ll start to self discipline. You’ll learn what triggers things and what’s just not good for your healing process. Until that time, please indulge. Sleep in, take long naps. Order the most unhealthiest things on doordash. Drive three hours to a mountain and cry looking at the sunset. Cry as much as you can. I’m so sorry. It hurts. You’ll come out of this so much better, and you’d never believe it but it’s true.
