I am beyond grateful for all the medical professionals out there. It has made me rethink my own career and what I’m doing with my life. I have a job most people would die to to be doing, but I’m not happy. Going through this amount of trauma with someone has changed how I view my own mortality. I’m working with a local organization to start a new program for caregivers.
