you need to sleep well! you have to get your body used to sleeping at a certain time and for certain hours... trust me, I'm a 20 year old that barely gets any sleep and it is so hard for me to fall asleep because I never made myself a good schedule :( don't stay up all night during school days, have a good breakfast and don't watch any screens before going to bed! xoxo
