Another way to produce nice hand/ fluttering sounds is to snap your fingers without actually snapping them… it’s less exhausting but has the same effect, if you feel like it you can give it a try and alternate between the different types :)

I’ve been on vacation the last week and to come back to see this video with the man who has the best finger flutters for ASMR on KZbin and gives a continuous video of it gave me pure joy and relaxation! You seriously are the best for finger fluttering noises. Always strong sounding yet so relax sounding.
