Im really sorry, but Ticks should always be removed as soon as possible in a safe way, they are dangerous as they carry diseases sich a lyme disease and are a horrible pest to the cats.

Cats actually are highly resistant to lyme disease naturally, but I always make sure to remove them once a day. My cats are outdoor cats (I live on a farm and they came with the farm) and they're always getting ticks! It's the reality of living by the forest!
