Fine artist and tattooer myself. I usually rub my back on a corner like a bear or have someone walk on my back. Much prefer this treatment. Fantastic work

This is close to my work. I work from home, similar set up, doing 3d rendering of for architecture. My take away from this video is, as you put it, conservation of energy. That phrase really feels right. You even do it this video earlier, letting body weight set your pressure which goes back to many other videos where you talk about our bodies are perfect tools for this.
