I also have hypothyroidism. When I was first diagnosed it took about a years to stabilize my medication where I was not increasing my dose every six weeks. I would then increase my dose once every year or two. I have been stable now for about ten years. It’s a slow process but you sound like you are on the right track!

Hi Caroline. I watch your videos for a long time now but I believe this will be my first, shy comment. I just want to give you some words of encouragement with your newly diagnosed condition. My wife was diagnosed with hypothyroidism shortly after our marriage. After she started treatment it's like her whole life changed: she was no longer tired all the time, she lost and maintained a healthy weight, no more hair loss and brittle fingernails, her skin cleared up. It was just amazing to see her transform like that. I hope your journey will be as fulfilling as it was for her. Wish you all the best and thank you for all the content you create ❤🤗
