Literally as I was about 14 minutes in listening to this there was a huge crash in my room but nothing had fallen over or anything. I got up to turn the light on and then heard a tap on the window right behind me. I freaked out and walked to my living room and stayed in there for about an hour. Yup I suffer from the same. Which I know is spiritual because I never had any sleep paralysis until after having a insane paranormal experience and now ever since I suffer from sleep paralysis. Same thing see shadow beings and cant move or stop it. I have learned what does help ALOT is to think or call on Jesus. It does help
