You know, I always kind of thought the princess and empress were meant to be different characters, because I feel like Tingting plays the empress with more authority, calmness, and maturity than the princess, in my opinion anyway. Like this could be the princess' mother instead of the princess herself.

The sleeves of traditional east asian clothes are usually long so doing that helps to keep things non-messy. It is part of basic etiquettes/manners of how to behave elegant when wearing such elegant traditional outfits and portraying such characters. Just like how royals were supposed to be graceful in everything they do.

My hair: frizzy honey colored hair that is frizzy when brushed or going outside. If I leave it down, it looks like a lions mane. I put it in a ponytail and it looks like pineapple or palm tree leaves. I have half African hair that in braids it frizzes up. It’s curly too.
