You might be able to add some blue pigment to your foundation to give it a more cool effect,along with some dark glow lotion. I struggle with foundation being to warm especially in the winter. No foundation perfectly matches to many people. I bought a makeup blank palette( 9.00 on amazon) ,I mix the blue pigment or what ever color pigment you want depending what you want to do. Add some glow ( loreal) and BB cream. Sorry you did not get the look you wanted.

I think she applied so much foundation because she tried to blend it evenly with your skin. Since it doesnt match your skin and could result in wierd patchy look. But the end result is great, orange eye shadow looks so cool on you

I think what happened here is application differences LOL The foundation when you apply it, maybe you thin it out more and barely use it so it acts as a light tone, sort of a cover. She applied that bad boy 😂 woof THICKKKKK

So much foundation. Maybe she was going with the Geisha girl philosophy of piling on so much foundation which is what Geisha's do. The foundation shade is one shade too light. Maybe next time get a foundation shade closer to your skin color and request not so much. IMHO Thank you for sharing.

Ard now the term makeup artist is starting to just get thrown around loosely. If you can’t work with all skin tones, you not a makeup artist, if you don’t understand undertones, shade matching etc. you’re not a makeup artist but rather someone who’s just playing round in some makeup. What’s so hard about matching the foundation exactly to your skin, you have a beautiful skin tone. Also, I think if you gave her that foundation, you should add that so we don’t judge the makeup artist so bad.
