A relaxing chiropractor session and back and shoulder massage with realistic layered cracks for relaxation and sleep. Kia ora everyone! In this soft-spoken POV video, you will visit chiropractic clinic and you will receive a chiropractic exam. You will then have your spine and torso area adjusted and the receive some advice about managing back tension. There’s lots of cracking/clicking/popping sounds overlayed throughout this medical role play so I hope you find it relaxing and satisfying!
I’ve always wanted to try making a chiropractor video ever since I watched Goodnight Moon's chiropractic adjustments video, and when I strained my shoulder I felt VERY inspired to make one! 😂

What does "Kia ora" mean?
"Kia ora" is a term from Te reo Māori, the language of the indigenous people of Aotearoa (New Zealand). It's a holistic term that can be used in lots of different situations. Translated literally, 'ora' refers to a state of living, or being alive. Adding 'kia' changes "ora" from a noun to a verb ('alive' to 'living'). So when you say kia ora to someone, you are wishing the essence of life upon them! "Kia ora" is commonly used as a greeting in Aotearoa, even though many of us (like me!) are not fluent in Te reo. I use it at the start of every video because it's important to me to share as much of the culture of this wonderful country as I can with you all. "Kia ora" can also be used as a way to say good luck, thank you and best wishes!

I watched a bunch of real chiropractor videos! I found that a combination of a fidget cube and a silicone pop-it made the most realistic sound :)
