Guys.... thanks for liking this video ( for the most of you). For the rest, you need to... relaxxxx.. For one, it's just a video, and my goal is to help show you the positive sides of chiro. I can say this because I for one have had spine and muscle improvements from seeing one. There are always negative experiences/perceptions from some things and for that I am sorry. But there's no need to tell the world to NOT do something, that may be good for them. I always say try it for yourself and see for yourself. These DOCTORS are not fakes.. quacks...they are doing something proven and do it to help people. Chiropractors that I have met are all role models for me. They walk their talk. They talk about prevention, wellness. They all exercise, have great postures, and they seem to just have it figured out (atleast for me). I see one every couple of months (I would do it more as recommended but I compensate for home exercise) and every time I walk out of there, I feel straighter, there's more space between my vertebrae, and my muscles are more relaxed when it's not twisted and pulled in a certain way (following the position of your spine) which can especially happen if your job has you bending a certain way all the time (which I am sure a lot of us have). I guess I felt very strongly about this one because these doctors have helped me. Even if I am just one person to let you know that. Thanks everyone! Have a wonderful day!

@onewaytosavetheday8 жыл бұрын
+Fairy Char ASMR Yes, chiropractic work is wonderful. Actually, most people don't know this, but a chiropractor goes through around 2400 hours of school, learning a lot of the same stuff medical doctors do. Medical doctors go through about 2100 hours of school with a little more emphasis on other aspects of healing. Chiropractic doctors are real as they HAVE TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Otherwise they could paralyze you. Thus, 300 more hours of school.

The last 7 minutes of this video are basically the best thing ever. I loop them again and again, everything about them is just exactly right - the way you're talking, the sound of the 'adjustments', the eye contact. I could listen to like a full half hour of those adjusments and be the happiest girl.

I watch Netflix and KZbin for a living. And, it really does take a toll on my back. Getting up to grab snacks, and dropping them, then I have to bend over to grab them off the floor. It really hurts my lower back. Then there's slouching on the couch, and sitting in various Strang positions. So yes, sitting at home all day can take a toll on your back.

chiropractors aren't doctors. that's important to note. some chiropractors (the good ones) basically work similarly to massage therapy with a tiny amount of physical therapy. then there are the ones who think they're curing diseases like cancer by popping your spine and advocate adjusting newborn infants which is extremely dangerous as infant bones aren't fully formed yet.
@grammar_nazi_43338 жыл бұрын
aresdotexe As an infant I went to the chiropractor for help with my sensory problems and it helped. It also helped my anxiety. At the infant stage is the best time to go to the chiropractor or start going.

Grammar_Nazi_ No it fucking isn't, there's every possibility of serious injuries.

aresdotexe do NOT have massage therapy to treat cancer unless it's terminal as it may spread the cancer.

64,225 subscribers and you folks are making rude criticisms of her demonstration. C'mon! I admit her lens is a little slow in keeping up with her but if you send her a few bucks that would help her to be able to afford a more responsive piece of equipment. These folks do this out of the kindness of their hearts, receive very little in the way of remuneration and spend a heck of a lot of time and effort writing their scripts, choreography and prop design or purchase. So think about all that before opening mouth and inserting foot. And finally if you were so damned good at it, why aren't you an ASMR??????

@waltana029 жыл бұрын
TheNeckasaurus Look Necrophilia, first off, you and I aren't friends. Secondly when you learn to understand how hard these people work to provide a free service to people on You Tube, maybe you yourself would learn to structure your negative remarks in a bit more tasteful and diplomatic way. Third- I am grown up, 6'8" 275lbs and love football, boxing and wrestling...care to join me at your leisure? Lastly, I am always for the underdog, you pick on this lady or any other ASMR in the ignorant fashion you did before and I see it, I will be right back at you Detective Coldumbo. Kisses!
@TheNeckasaurus9 жыл бұрын
Daffy Muck Who are you even talking to? Before possibly carrying on as the internets toughest guy I suggest you learn how to read. I'm not the one making negative remarks to anyone. Neither did the guy you originally got all pushed out of shape over. When will people like you learn making claims like your size, and the sports you love never do anything but totally diffuse you. Come on man you have a video of yourself walking around your house, how old are you? Beer gut much? You're the shortest 6'8 I've ever seen, oh and you weigh 197. Look, I'm not here to attack you, for some reason you think I did, my main point is this is youtube, claiming cool things about your physical stature and trying to scare somebody isn't going to do anything. Have a great day sir.
@waltana029 жыл бұрын
TheNeckasaurus- You certainly put me in my place, lock, stock and barrel didn't you? Man, I am utterly crushed and devoid of any future life because of your stinger, if inaccurate description of my physique. Now I have worked many years to acquire that "beer gut" as you call it. However there is one thing you fail to remember. Have you been to many marathons, decathlons and seen overweight, skinny or even disabled people compete and finish very well? A person need not look as strong and handsome as myself to be in shape. I knew a man that had stage II hypertension, had a previous stroke and a severe heart condition but did the Marine Corps Marathon. So okay, you have razed me to the ground but I still love you and send you more kisses.

you're pretty intelligent to be able to pull off all these professions convincingly....impressive you are.

this is one of my favs....I usually watch asmr vids with my headphones on & my roommate walked past with a wtf face trying to figure out with I was watching. I couldn't find a way to explain it to him even after I told him what it stood for. He just thought it was weird.

Well done for not ruining this vid with that horrible abrasive raspy blood pressure velcro sound. Why people are putting that in videos that are supposed to relax and send u to sleep is beyond me. Many times ive had to start an asmr vid halfway through to avoid it. Well done again. (im sure the end of ur vid is good too but i havent reached it yet...always asleep beforehand!
