Hi I’m so sorry you’re struggling. I have found an incredible channel on KZbin by a pastor named Noah Hines who helps people pray and be delivered from mental health issues - they are often from demonic attacks on our lives and most people heavily dismiss demons when they’re real and they can brutally come after people. Praying through this with Noah Hines videos has dramatically impacted my life! God bless!

This year has been a profound year of change for me, with more to come. One of the core messages in this video is one that I come back to in different forms regularly. I must not waste time and energy focusing on the past or worrying about the future. Of course I learn from the past and plan for the future, but must not be paralyzed by either. I know in that video you had mentioned that you had a lot you wanted to say as you read, and that gave me the idea. Maybe you could have some bible reading videos, maybe starting or continuing Genesis, where you read and then talk about what you have read, interpreting it and sharing your thoughts!
