If you struggle with you brushes shedding, a pro tip would be to wash it by hand, preferably using a brush mat to move the bristles around, and was it until you notice that it starts to shed less

I wanna talk about when he said Adam's of the cheeks...cuz they're layers to this. First of it is not a real term. He may have been confusing it with the apples of the cheeks. I have a theory he knew that they are called apples of the cheeks and accidentally thought about Adam's apple. HOWEVER, he was countouring...meaning he probably wanted to apply that to the hollows of the cheeks. Just felt like mentioning before I went crazy.
