ASMR Circle Time 2! 3D Binaural Anticipatory Tingles and Triggers for Relaxation

Hello everyone! Please wear headphones for the 3D effect. This ASMR video features: full use of the 3D microphone (I circled you throughout the video, so it will sound like I am moving all around you---even above you), soft speaking, whispering, breathing in your ears, and anticipatory tingles. A long time ago back in 2013, people remarked that they were triggered when I used to "tease" the sounds I was making in sound slices (by pausing for too long, or making you think I was going to speak in one ear, and then switching), and they called it "anticipatory triggers" or "anticipatory tingles." I tried to create those kinds of triggers here, so you'll notice my pacing is different. I was trying to trigger you through anticipating the sound itself, but also through anticipating close up sounds (so you'll hear me go from farther away to right in your ear). I also wanted to showcase the 3D sound, so I was constantly moving all around you (instead of just going from ear to ear in front of you). I chose not to make a video for this. I felt that visuals would impair my efforts because you would know where I was (and also because my camera would have been pointed at either my neck or my head bent over so I could create sound from above you). Same. I think it also has to do with the type of microphone. I don't have any tingles with today's videos, but when I play old ones, suddenly I do. It happens to me with all ASMR artists. Frivvi, Pommo, ecc And they use much better mics now than in the past. I just don't get it.

​@tanatonaut870 it's the mix. You'll notice she's using a recorder that has binaural audio. Then she has the 3dio, also binaural, but it's more sensitive. So you turn down the 3dio and layer it on top of your base, which has better isolation, creating voices that pop, intermingling range, and background sounds that submerge under your main track.

The intro never gets old. Usually I'd get used to a specific tingle trigger after the second time and I have to back off and find a new tingle until that tingle does it for me again. But not "Heatherrr... ... ... feather..." that never fails to tingle.

These videos are so weird, I usually listen to them before I go to bed and Im always laying down with my eyes closed. Whenever you get really close to the microphone not only does it sound like you are in the same room but I can literally feel your presence. The skin on my head and face creates the senstation that you are just barely touching me, a good way to explain this feeling would be to compare it to horror films where the victum can feel the prescene of something. When you talk very close I can feel the warmth of your breath as if someone is literally right there breathing on me. Its super werid but its super cool at the same time. This just goes to show who well binaural microphones can trick your brain.
