I watch a lot of asmr to help fall asleep. I'm not sure why I'm just finding you now. Don't change a thing. You have all the right triggers. And must be using good enough mics. This is a great video, very relaxing. I have a questiom for you as an eye doctor.... If i look at certain colours or patteran they become blury and start to hurt my eyes and head. In college they gave me a blue sheet to put over my work yo make it easy. What is the condition i have called though?.
