Dang my comment on how good the audio was on last one got a mention on the video hell yeah … well until you forgot what you were saying 🤣🤣👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 the sound quality was just as good on this one as last video but you weren’t as close to the mic this time so was slightly more quiet, anyways you know I love your stuff great video as always 🔥

I usually do something like that. Most days I eat in a certain time window... not everyday bust most days. Somedays the only reason I eat again is to help me stay awake on the drive home since I work third. I'm going to try to do one longer video a week and a shorter since some of yall like the longer form and some like the shorter form

Look into keto diet (if you haven’t already) mostly fat and protein, but you can still eat in a calorie deficit without starving yourself (and therefore making it more sustainable in the long term! The high energy you described in this video is likely because of some form of ketosis you’ve already experienced - as long as carbs are really low, my energy is higher, the hunger is manageable and mental health is better!) just one man’s anecdotal findings, but there is a lot of research to support my experience. I know health issues can prevent many from doing keto, but I hope that’s helpful and best of luck!

Yeah that's pretty much how I usually eat. I mainly eat meat, cheese, eggs, etc. I eat some vegetables and an apple almost everyday. I do drink a chocolate milk about everyday but it's the fairlife cuz it's lower in sugar. I think that is what keeps me from craving sugar so bad cuz I am a struggling sugar addict. Lol
