Another ethical alternative to fast fashion is shopping secondhand. It’s a good option where you usually don’t have to spend hundreds on a single piece.

The knots won’t go away like that. You gotta stretch and do lower back exercises. It happens when the muscles fibers contract and don’t go back to its form. Then they rebuild on top. It takes some time. You can lay on a tennis ball for like 20 seconds to help loosen them up. But it takes time. It depends how long they’ve been there for. I’ve had the same ones since last year haha

It sounds like a rotator cuff injury, and if you "stretch" it, it could possibly cause muscles to tear off of bone or other terrible injuries. Just research it, and if it seems like what it is, rest the shoulder and apply warm compresses when you're just laying/sitting to rest. Rotator cuff injuries were a topic of pop culture in the 90s and early 2000s, because a lot of baseball pitchers and golfers were injured by them and were often pushed to play until the rip left them practically incapacitated. It was also somewhat common as a manual labor workplace injury, so lawyer commercials talked about it a lot.

I've had that happen with my neck long time before, also. It actually turned out to be nothing simply because I completely forgot about it until you just mentioned it. Believe it or not, your brain is producing the sound, and the sound is producing the tension, and it's all associated with a topic.
