i'm not an anxious person. i'm generally very calm and collected. somehow, when you said you were here with me and you've got me and all of the other dialogue with it, i kinda broke. i've needed someone to say that for so long, even if it was a wonderful youtube asmr girl talking to thousands of other people with me. no one has ever said that. i say it so often, but i can't remember anyone saying it back.

He wouldnt pick me up at weekends anymore. Communication was completely cut. Then the money piled up. He owes over £6000 in child payment. And then the worst, my mum was diagnosed with cancer. It was treated fast but when we thought she was safe another type of cancer was diagnosed. I appreciated this so much. The way her fingers and hands surrounded the mic, massaging it.. her voice was overwhelming beautiful and enchanting... Her makeup was so perfect, not too overwhelming, giving me a sense of relaxation. She described them sounding like waves, which was 100% correct. My imagination is horrible, but this brought a sense of complete calmness. This calmed me down completely, and reassured me so much. The background was perfect, not crowded and overwhelming, but not just a white screen. My anxiety attack completely stopped, this was so helpful. Thank you, you're amazing at your job.

Hi! May i ask what/how you're treated for your anxiety? Currently i just started taking some medicine i'm supposed to keep having for 3 months (on top of seeing a psychologist), but i honeslty fail to see how it's gonna work...

This is possibly my favorite asmr video I've ever found, let alone all of the incredible videos Glow has produced. I've been a huge fan of Glow's content for years, but I always come back to this one. I feel like I've said it a thousand times but thank you Sharon for everything you put into your content. This video is also 4 years old lol so I know she won't see this. But you have helped me personally in so many ways with the asmr content you put out. You are amazing!! ✌️❤️!!!

It was really nice of you to make this for people. Even though I don't know you, I can tell that you're probably a nice person. I'm not struggling with a mental illness atm, but this is honestly helping me with a headache/migraine haha, so I really appreciate it. I know this is helping some people who need it far more than I do for much different and heavier problems, so I thank you for being awesome and creating this. Best wishes to you. :)

You gotta remember most of those things are in your head. Even access to internet is a massive privilege, millions of people would kill, and I mean literally kill to have the internet we do let alone a having comfortable home, practically unlimited food, good education systems, and the ability to be anything you want to in life. Trust me it ain't that bad, it's all in your head.
