I love this! So many KZbinrs when they show their go-to meals or “what I eat in a day” videos, they make these unrealistically gourmet meals and I never believe they actually eat that way regularly. This is a much more realistic meal that is good, healthy, and doesn’t set unrealistic expectations. And it’s relaxing too! 😊

If you have an air fryer it’s also a really easy, nice way to make salmon too! It stays moist and flaky and it was surprisingly good when I tried it

Long time subscriber. Love your videos. Unsolicited advice, letting the plastic wrap touch the food when microwaving could increase the chance of it melting/ leeching chemicals on to the food it's touching. Microwaving salmon is even done by the pros in a time crunch! Thanks for your work as always

i eat the skin,, it’s really nice if you crisp it up a tad & drizzle it with a pepper & butter sauce ,, recently we upgraded our microwave & I Placed the older one in the laundry , so have been using 2 microwaves simultaneously to synchronise cooking times on 2 separate dishes,,, it’s very handy having 2 micro’s,, I would recommend it 👍.

If you remove the skin an put it back it the microwave again it turns into almost like a pork rind that you can crush up over salad.

microwaving salmon? Sorry but that is just blasphemy. But you do you. Also microwaving veggies in plastic wrap... you don't want to heat up plastic wrap as it releases toxins into food. The broccoli was way overcooked. Hey the sauce was nice. But the end result looked like prison food. Love your content as ASMRtist - but the food critic in me was screaming the entire time.

especially because its one of the easiest fish to cook, i love to bake it in a castiron pan and get the skin nice and crispy.
