Honestly, I'd recommend a simple Weber. I have the deluxe one with the ash can and lid holder, those are nice features. I'm no grill master but I think for most people it really does what you need.

Hey monotonic, loved the video! The cooking ones are my fav! My only suggestion would be to level out the audio a bit or turn down the cooking sounds while the pan is searing, was very loud in the ear as my audio was turned up for your lovely soft speaking voice!

Thanks for the feedback. I put a lot of effort into the audio editing so this is important to me. This was a really loud sizzle. The sfx mics are turned way down but the voice mic still picked up a lot. I believe that is what you're experiencing and I couldn't to do much about it. However, I am encouraging folks having issue with ambient noise also to check the Stable Volume setting on youtube. It is basically an undo button for any editing that is done.
