It does the exact opposite. We know we're not actually there with her, so why would we feel like we're burdening her? Someone feeling the need to assure us we're not something when we didn't even question if we were makes it seem like we are. Otherwise she wouldn't feel the need to state we're not. It's like how when guys constantly try to say they're "nice" and not just out to get in our pants. They always prove themselves to be the exact opposite. Whenever she says that in her videos, I am immediately taken out of them.
