Catplant really is the greatest. For many years I have been taking prescription sleep meds, but ever since I discovered ASMR, this channel specifically, I have not needed these meds. When you listen to her, you are voluntarily taking a tranquilizer. Point is that using ASMR is so much more effective than this pharmaceutical crap I am prescribed. Now I don't need these prescriptions at all... because ASMR works! Thank you for what you do Catplant.

It happened to me before during some of your other cranial nerve exam videos, but so far I thought it was just a coincidence. Whenever you put on/used a stethoscope then I can actually feel my heartbeat without concentrating on it and I can feel it beating slower and slower as I’m slowly relaxing. So far you’re the only ASMRtist out there where I noticed that, so thank you a lot 😊❤ Edit: I also love the eyelid touching/hand movements during the eye examination part, simply because hardly anyone else does that except for my eye doc irl 😅
