Me too. Cranial nerve exams are always my favorite because I like when they flash the light in your eyes, but the problem is that you have to keep your eyes open to follow it, plus it’s bright. This is the PERFECT solution and I wish there were more of these around!!

2 things i can see that explain it 1 Soothing voice 2 Lots of practice(check how many older videos she has she usually would check the feedback) 1 thing to note is that shes been doing this for a relatively short amount of time compared to other big asmrists ive seen

As someone who mostly gets tingles with visual triggers i always have a hard time specifically using asmr to sleep because when I close my eyes i stop feeling the tingles immediately so i just use it to relax usually. Thats the first time im able to feel tingles with my eyes closed since i could still "see" a visual trigger with the light 😁🥰 tysm for the great video and kudos for the creativity
