I can relate to this video only because I have TMJ and at night when I’m asleep, grind my teeth and I’ve worn a night guard and it doesn’t really help because you end up biting down on that and grinding on that instead of your actual teeth. so I just give up and when I woke up with a headache in the morning if I do, I just know that it’s because I’ve grind in my teeth during the night. When it happens, I just have to go lay back in bed close my eyes for 10 minutes and then the headache disappears. But what will solve the issue altogether is if I had braces put on again like I did back in 1983 to 1985. But unfortunately braces are very expensive so I just have to live with the TMJ the way that it is

i actually had really bad teeth grinding that would cause me a lot if pain. if you were ever interested, masseter botox completely helped me i highly recommend it.
