Welcome to crinkle hour :) I was informed by some of my viewers that you might like to see more crinkling on my channel, so I thought I would dedicate a video to some items that I've had good feedback on and also a couple of new ones. Your ears are out of shot in this video for a change, because I wanted to be able to walk around you a little bit in an attempt to vary the sounds more. you know those thin plastic table cloths that people often use for parties? they are very easy to rip and poke holes into. whenever im at a party or table with those table cloths, i always play with them and crinkle them and poke little holes in them under the table. i could end up doing it for hours. i imagine i would do the same thing with the raincoat for hours on end (minus the ripping) id probably annoy whoever i was talking to if i was just constantly crinkling the raincoat

I have to tell you that my sleep has improved very much I do not have no more nightmares. I feel so relaxed and comforted like when I was a child. And this will reflect on my health .
