My favorite thing about your asmr channel is that it's no bullshit. There's not too much talking or too little, or tons of fast paced sounds that can be overwhelming. Just straightforward asmr and sticking to a solid niche. Respect!

some tips for getting better sleep on top of this video: turn on night mode 2 hours before going to bed if you are gonna use your computer or phone, dont watch any hyper stimulating videos or videos that make you emotional 2 hours before bed, use a lot of energy during the day (basically any exercising works), go to bed and wake up at the same time every day (this one is a bit more long form but it will still help you if you do it), get sunlight in the morning and see the sunset in the afternoon
