My difficult and painful past became the seed that can make my current subscribers feel comfortable. It seems that there is truly no perfect tragedy or perfect comedy in life. Just a year ago, I went through a difficult time where I felt like I was going to die. It seemed like the pain would never end. But the pain will surely pass. Actually for the inside of the feet it's the stomach and the lining of the diaphragm and right above it are the lungs and the heel is the intestines. Plus the contour of the foot is so important because that's for the back bone and also on the herl of our feet is also the 'nerf sciatique ' in french because I don't know how to say it in English but it's basically a nerve that starts from the lower back and goes along the way of the leg, so if you're feeling pain on your hell, ypu should get it treated
