Pertinent video in light of the sad demise of history as a subject in British schools. I’m always struck by the brutality of many historical events, particularly because as a species we haven’t learned from the past at all and so such things continue . . .

Did you see the movie ‘the lost king’ from 2022 ? It is about the search to the grave of Richard III. Fiction but with elements of truth. It’s from Stephen Frears. I loved it.
