I don’t know what it is- maybe it’s because you’re so excited at the beginning, and whoever we’re supposed to be is also presumably excited enough that they have underestimated the amount of cans of beans, or maybe it’s because it’s set in this environment where being excited about cans of beans is A Thing, but asmr like this is always really comforting because it’s like “hey these things we wouldn’t have given any thought to when the world was ok now mean the world to us when we find them,” and it kinda feels like a big hope spot even just watching it. Also the enthusiasm of just finding useful things and explaining to us like we’re familiar with them how these ordinary items are actually “the good stuff” (and getting to explain how y’all’ll use them) makes me feel like I’m in on a heist, but somehow more wholesome. Dunno how to explain, but this is both funny and comforting, and if you wanted to make more apocalyptic bean/supplies installments where y’all just explain stuff you found like you did here, I’d fully support it

I went vegan for a while and the liquid from garbanzo beans is called aquafaba, and it's really pretty versatile and would be very useful in trying to make stuff in this sort of situation. You can use it to substitute eggs

Although I have to say there's also some people who just don't want to learn so they have a really basic level of English at most. I guess that goes for everything though. If you're interested in something you tend to spend more time on it too. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But yes, most German schools take it pretty seriously tbf.

@@bambisbluebell Well, Ray Liotta actually was partial owner of a honey-farm that produced "Ray Liotta Honey," which in itself is just sort of an odd bit of trivia imo. This is a post-apocalyptic barter video. Given that Ray Liotta played quite a few psycho characters, it just seems fitting and funny, to me anyway. I'm sure she could have chosen any brand or not even revealed the brand, so the intentionality of it seems to be for humor purposes. Maybe I'm over-thinking it.
