5 tips for listening to lou: 1. listen to bad quality (whatever you think that is) asmr, then come back! it will make this good quality asmr 10x better than it already is! 2. have water nearby, it's always good to stay hydrated before bed and lou puts us to sleep so fast, its good to have it close 3. before you fall asleep admire her amazing make-up! absolutely stunning. 4. leave any comments you want to, like the video and subscribe if you havent already quickly before you fall asleep and forget! 5. get extra comfy! this just makes the experience so much better. CHECKLIST! have you brushed your teeth yet? have you showered yet? have you brushed your hair and put it up? (if needed) have you charged your electronics? have you gotten water? have you turned off all light's except for possibly night lights? is your fan on? is your bed made? are all needed medications taken? are any bandages changed? are any bills paid?
