It isn't Binaural. It's stereo panned. Binaural specifically means that you record a sound source with two microphones and the effect is wholly different. This is still relaxing. Not Binaural, though.

OMG I absolutely HATE when that happens, don't you? All of a sudden you get hit with this random sound that just give you the biggest tingles and then, all of a sudden,........ they stop with that sound way too soon to then switch to a different sound. Happens way more than it should, hahaha!!
