Hello and welcome to another freestyle energy healing video in an ASMR style:) In this video I am grounding mental energy that needs to be anchored down, as well as releasing some repressed anger that you have done a wonderful job bringing close to the surface to finally be released. You are the one that is constantly doing the work of creating the safe space for yourself to process something that wasn't safe to process for a long time, one step at a time. I just assist in transmuting these energies. This video can be watched and cultivated whenever and wherever you are in the world, as this session is effective through time and space ✨
I filmed this about 10 days prior to me editing it, and as I was editing it, it all made sense why I was picking up on so much repressed anger as we just had a full super moon in Aries a few days ago.
I hope this video brings you some relief whatever you are going through at this time.

Waouh Sunna. So much of what you said resonated with me. Heavy, tensed mental energies that creates this sensation of an exploding head / and burning coming out of my throat. The need to tell my boundaries to finaly embody myself, respecting my own way of beeing and feeling. Expressing my truth. Telling people what’s ok and not okay for me without caring about their emotional response that use to scare me.
