So lovely! I don't have ASMR but have great difficulty going to sleep. Your soft, low, slow voice is so calming and helpful to me. One time a masseuse lightly placed her hand over my face for about a minute without moving. It was such a powerful calming experience as our energy melded together through our chakra points. This reminds me of that moment.

Slow hair parting all over the head with a rat tail comb or hair pin and moving all the hair from 1 side to the other slowly in little sections are my favorite triggers.
