Get a spot treatment with sulphur in it- Mychelle makes a GREAT one. Dries them right out. (In addition to cleansing, toning, moisturizing daily and exfoliating once or twice a week.) Get on top of it ASAP because it will leave scars the longer you let it go. Any dermatologist who puts you on antibiotics is useless.

My favorite ASMR videos are over 30 minutes, and I like her accent. This is going into my favorite folder. For me, the longer the video the better, I consider ASMR to be like a movie, I can just watch until I drift off / or listen with my eyes closed. and since I do not know how that long that will be, I prefer something in the 30 to 60 minute range.
