I have quite severe misophonia, I started watching your videos years ago to try to « reeducate » my brain. It helped, but I still have a strong preference for mosty no-talking asmr. Most tingles with combing hair and gua sha. I absolutely love when you explain what you are doing too. It’s more meaningful to me that you’re speaking about what you have studied. Also, those double braids with flowers were ridiculously beautiful.

Another thing that gives me tingles -- and this is SO random -- but I love when you gently touch a person before you begin your next form of contact. Ive seen you do it in other videos too! Like 14:33 for example, right after you applied the oil to your hands, you grazed them across Janine's face before rubbing in the oil. I'm a bit of a jumpy, flinchy person, so I appreciate the gentle "heads up" that something is happening next, especially with eyes closed. Not sure why I'm like that lol, but you are amazing at combatting that! And I'm not even the one getting the massage!!!
