Omg this is my dream breakfast and childhood all in one. My parents used to take away pork porridge , dim sum for the family on Sundays and sometimes still do. The joy of the porridge and century egg. Just tastes incredible. With the egg yolk they stir in sometimes. Asian / Chinese food is incredible. Here in Philippines, we add a bit of fish sauce, ground pepper, fried garlic, chili oil and calamansi to our congee. You may want to try it. 😊
