hello, Veda. i commented on another video explaining how you helped me sleep when i was pregnant, and even now with an 11 month old baby. my fiancé passed away a month ago, and it's been brutal. sleep is nearly non-existent for me, if it weren't for your videos.. i don't know how else i'd get my rest. thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the time, effort, and love that you put into every upload. we appreciate you more than you'll ever know. take care!

I’m so heartbroken and devastated for you. I can’t imagine the pain that you’re going through, especially so soon after the birth of your child. I want you to know that you’re in my thoughts and I’m so glad to be able to give you a little bit of comfort. 💕 Are there any types of videos in particular that you find the most helpful? I would love to do what I can.

30:35 amuses me because half the patients at my Chiropractic office come in with headaches and migraines caused by "cell phone/computer neck", where a person's neck has started to straighten or even have a reverse curve from poor posture causing the spinal cord in their neck to get damaged.
@VedaASMR3 жыл бұрын
I had a lot of headaches and neck/shoulder pain and my doctor mentioned it was probably partly to do with my posture while working. Just fixing that made me feel so much better.
@edisontrent6183 жыл бұрын
@@VedaASMR It's definitely good that you caught that pretty early then. As a general health tip to anyone interested: Long term poor posture (mostly hunching forward, leaning to one side or sleeping incorrectly), repetitive motions that strain one side of the body unequally or strain the whole body in a way the spine isn't able to properly support the motion (usually factory-type jobs, but also things like restocking at stores or even carrying children on your hip), and sudden forceful movements to the spine/joints (usually car accidents, but also slip and falls and sports injuries) are the most common causes of neurological issues stemming from the spinal cord. It's good to get your spine checked out for scoliosis, degraded discs or subluxations every 3 years. Most cases actually start when a person is in their teens, as that's when people start to form a lot of their posture habits, start playing sports and when they start working consistently. For anyone that has insurance/money issues, a lot of chiropractors are more small time, family owned offices, compared to hospitals or specialized clinics like the dentist or eye doctors. So ask around to see if they have any specials or offers available, like "first visit free during X holiday" or financial difficulty plans (my office does $5 a visit for those in need, for example). As an insurance note, straight Medicare (even with a secondary insurance) and all forms of Medicaid both cover chiropractic services with $0 out of pocket. Medicare does 70 visits per year and Medicaid does 18 per year at first but the doctors office can get authorization for more visits for Medicaid if the doctor is willing to spend 1-2 hours filling out forms and medical reports.
