I’m watching this video in hopes that I can get some rest and peace. My poor pet rat is very poorly and feel she isn’t going to make it. I’ve had sleepless nights trying to make sure she is okay and tonight has been tough as she’s not eating or drinking so I’m syringe feeding her to help her stay hydrated and fuelling her little body for now. I’m a mess and need some peace and know I can always rely on lizi to make me feel like I’m being looked after

I’m so sorry. I lost my two boys this last summer. I can’t wait for new medicines to come out to help improve our pets’ life. I wish rats had more time on earth with us. Please know that they love you, and know you are doing everything you can. I gave my boy Sid some apple sauce with a tiny bit of banana mixed in, and it was one of the few things he would eat towards the end.

@ it’s honestly heartbreaking how little time they have with us and why they are cursed with so many health issues. We think she has a tumour on her leg (unsure if malignant or not) and a suspected brain tumour. She has eaten a little bit this morning, albeit it was a bit of butter lol but she ate and refused to eat anything yesterday so it’s a small win today.
