I have something called POTS or postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and almost passed out. I wasnt sure if this video would do what I thought of but I tried it anyway. I sat down so I wouldn't faint and turned this on and it actually helped me lower my heart rate faster. So yeah thank you! Not something I normally would think of to do but it was a random idea that ended up helping a lot Edit: also I'm not saying that the video alone helped my physical problems. I'm saying that it helped me calm down as I get really anxious when my pots acts up and I was able to regulate my breathing easier
