I just recently stumbled across your channel and I’m glad I did. I am a mother with two kids and two dogs and also help take care of my mother every day. I also have type 2 diabetes, along with asthma and an umbilical hernia mixed with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, depersonalization/derealization disorder, bipolar disorder, and ptsd. Healthy eating and exercise are just not realistic in my every day life. I have a habit of binge eating whenever my mental health gets bad or at random times, even when I’m really not hungry. I don’t know how to explain it but your videos are extremely satisfying. The past couple of days whenever I feel like binge eating I just watch one of your videos and then I no longer have the urge to. So all I have to say is thank you. To some people you are just posting videos of yourself eating, but to me, you are helping me more than you will ever know.
