ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find your trigger, common triggers:

Why is this so relaxing? Nothing gets me sleepy faster than this ASMR stuff. I have tons of relaxation music but it doesn't compare at all to the effect this has on me.

That's the word that makes it relaxing and calming because it subconciosly tell your brain that you don't have to worry because it makes you feel like nothing bad will happen because it makes you feel like there is no need to put your guard up. If that makes sense. I tried to explain it but it's more of a feeling. Sometimes subconsious feelings are difficult to explain.

For some reason I always go back to this video. Even when I sometimes don't get tingles from it, I still enjoy the tests themselves. And fact that once in a while you can hear the sounds of the keyboard makes it all very tingly when you're about to fall asleep and are not really aware of what is going on.

Too many critics on here. What I loved about this video is how natural you made the roleplay. Most people try too hard to whisper, smack lips or make weird hand movements to trigger the viewer. Those fail to work on me. But this was so natural I was tingling all over. Good work!!

I had pretty severe seasonal allergic conjunctivitis from the age of 4 right up until around 16 and although the monthly check ups involved some painful inspections of my eyes, the eye exams did have a soothing element with regard to asmr so it's nice now to watch a video that recaptures the pleasure without any of the pain.

I am subscribed to several whisperers and your Dr Dmitri vids relax me like none other. Please do a ENT exam, (ear nose and throat). I like your exam style but maybe role play seeing some inflammation and what small easy things the patient can do to remedy.
