Yea ive tried telling multiple people about it and even a friend once he barely gave it a chance from what i gathered and surmised that because he could still wake up not long after maybe falling asleep it wasnt worth it and he needed one of those sleep therapy things i think he ended up getting a machine thing not sure but it did insult me a bit i think most people just look on and go oh thats weird i dont want to bother so your right their loss!

And - as someone who has had more extensive experience of being a patient since I had a paralysis condition at the age of 12 I can really say it would be so awesome if real-life medical professionals had the aim and resources to be even half as caring and empathetic in their interaction with patients.
