I just skimmed through for a preview (for my nap in the next few minutes), and one of my newest tingle discoveries is at the very end (goving extra attention to the head or face, almost as if the ASMRtist is paying extra attention and noticing something that they missed, or saved for last (after fulfilling their main objective)... in this case, filling out the paperwork to complete exam, and then touching the head for one last look through. Fantastic new video James! Loved that the patient was a male too. To be honest, I don't usually enjoy medical ASMR, reminds me of the hodpital too much, but yours are a lot easier to watch and listen to without setting off any panic attacks which is really good!! Great video, glad KZbin recommended it to me! Just one thing: during the optic exam, you’re meant to close the corresponding eye with the patient so you are able to gauge what they should or shouldn’t be able to see. This is why he had so much trouble with “how many fingers.” :)

James I'm not sure where you get your knowledge from but you are really good❤ . I have trigeminal neuralgia (not fun) and a side effect for me (and many others) is it causes severe tinnitus. I now have hearing aids which tricked my brain (my brain was creating sounds due to being in loud environments during the day and quiet ones at night..my brain made up new sounds to compete with the silence..especially when I had a TN flare). Now even when I take the hearing aids out, the sound is now gone. I had lost over 25 percent of my conversational hearing and had no idea. Most regular ppl have no idea about the trigeminal nerve..let alone how it relates to hearing. Bravo💕

Well it’s unintentional style - these videos originated from Instructional videos for educational purposes, they were typically a mock exam where the doctor would go through the various tests. This is mimicking that style, you are correct obviously it is intentional but I think most people know what it means. Also algorithmically it helps, and smaller channels need all the help we can get 🤓

No it’s soft spoken style, I like 1 on 1 whispering but I feel like it’s a bit more believable at that volume. Some people are gonna prefer that, some people aren’t, that’s just the nature of subjectivity 😂
